Hi Everybody this is Haden Hunter, im part of the staff now. Rick Riordan is working on a new book about camp halfblood and everyones favorite demigod...Percy Jackson!!! Percy will not be the main character of the new book, but he will be helping the new generation of demigods fullfill there new prophecy:

Seven half-bloods shall answer the call,

To storm or fire the world must fall.

An oath to keep with a final breath,

And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death.

Hey, this is Alejandra! Im part of the staff now, heres my first update!So there is going to be a Percy Jackson Grapic Novel and it going to be awsome! Basically, its just like the movie only in a book form, with all the pictures...its kind of like the Twilight Graphic Novel, only this one is going to be much, much better! Its release date in October 2010!

Hello humans (and demigods).  As you have seen, the updates for Demigod Lai have become smaller and smaller since the summer.  The only obvious reason for this is school.  School for me has gotten harder and harder, and requires excessive studying.  I really don't want the fans of the Percy Jackson novels or Demigod Lair to just give up on this site, so I think it's time for job openings for Demigod Lair.  I will say, these jobs will get a pay of $0, so its volunteer work.  You need to be able to be trusted with the site password, a die-hard Percy Jackson fan, up-to-date on the news, and a reliable updater, so it will make the load on my shoulders less.  Thank you all for sticking with Demigod Lai, and I hope in the future we can expand this site, expand the forum, and keep the updates, well up-to-date.  Now that I do have time right now, though, I will post some updates.

The second trailer for the Percy Jackson movie has been released.  Because the first trailer was only a teaser trailer, this one is a LOT more revealing, and gets me even more hyped about the movie.  Well, enough of my talk... check it out yourself!

First of all, I want to say sorry that I haven't been updating Demigod Lair in a while.  It's just that I've been everywhere over my summer break, which left me no time to update.  From now on, I hope to update regularly, and hire some staff to help me out with it.

Joe Pantoliano has been cast as "Smelly" Gabe Ugliano

Luke Camilleri has been cast as Dionsys

Dejan Loyola as "Boyfriend"

They also have casted some Lotus Hotel people, which tells us they won't be cutting that scene from the movie.

Next, they have released a teaser trailer for the PJO movie, which first aired when Harry Potter 6 came out.  The scene in this trailer was filmed only for the trailer, and will not be shown in the movie.  Click here to check it out.  It looks pretty good!

Chris Columbus has been getting a lot of media about the PJO movie he's directing.  He's especially been getting a lot of interviews.  Here are three interviews he took about the PJO movie that should answer a few questions you might have:
